Fees

PLP Geneva is a not-for-profit community organisation run entirely by volunteers. Our fees are designed to cover essential costs such as rent, insurance, materials, and community events. PLP fees are made up of three parts :

1. Family Membership Fee

85€ per year (per family)

• Paid once per family, regardless of the number of children enrolled
• Covers the full school year
• Gives access to all PLP member benefits: community events, library use, PLP parents’ Facebook group (for advice, buying/selling items, and connecting with other families)

2. Class Fees

• Fees vary depending on the class level (see below)
• Prices listed on the website are annual fees
• Payment is made in two instalments:
• 50% at the start of Term 1 (September)
• 50% at the start of Term 2 (February)

3. Book Fees

30€ per child (per year)

• Applies from Pre-Literacy level onwards
• Paid at the start of Term 1
• Covers learning materials used throughout the year

Volunteer Discounts

As part of our community ethos, we offer reduced fees for volunteers:

• Teaching roles & board members : one free place
• Supporting roles : 80% discount on class fees for one child
• In all cases, membership and book fees still apply

How to pay fees

The PLP year is divided into two semesters. After places are confirmed, families secure their place by paying the annual membership and book fee by 15 August. The first semester class fee is due by 25 September, and the second semester fee is payable in February.

Fees can be paid in euros by bank transfer. Please include your child’s name and class level as the payment reference.
