Enrolment takes place in June for classes starting the following academic year. Occasional places are available during the year, particularly in our playgroups—please contact us to check availability.

When & how to enrol for our playgroup and literacy classes
When to enrol
Enrolment takes place in May for existing members and volunteers, and in June for new members.
How enrolment works
Simply click here to access the registration form. You will be able to select your preferred playgroup or literacy class and indicate whether you would like to volunteer.
Confirmation of places
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We aim to give everyone their first choice where possible, or their second choice if not. We also try to place siblings in the same time slot whenever we can. If needed, we may contact you to discuss your preferences.
As we rely on volunteers to run our classes and playgroups, places can only be confirmed once we are confident we have enough volunteers for each session. Final confirmations are sent by the end of August.
How and when do I need to pay the fees?
The PLP year is divided into two semesters. After places are confirmed, families secure their place by paying the annual membership and book fee by 15 August. The first semester class fee is due by 25 September, and the second semester fee is payable in February. Fee payment options can be found here.
